Hostel Detroit is planning on opening in April 2011, BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Phase 1 will be 14 bunkbeds and 1 full bed for couples, with expansion in the future, and a bed night costing $25/person. Hostel Detroit will be a clean, safe, and inexpensive place to stay for travelers who want to explore Downtown Detroit and its surrounding neighborhoods. The long-term mission of Hostel Detroit is to be part of the revitalization of the City of Detroit, and an active part of getting more of the young, “creative class” to move to Detroit.
We are working with Live to Give Foundation who is going to match EVERY $1 donated up to $6,000.
$10: Your name goes on the Name Wall (outside Hostel Detroit front door) (Our bad! Sorry for the confusion! We didn't realize that Crowdrise has a minimum donation)
$20: Free ticket to a backyard concert ticket
$50: 2 reservations for the first stay at Hostel Detroit
$75: You or a local sponsored artist can design an interior wall (SOLD OUT)
$100: You or a local sponsored artist can design an exterior wall (SOLD OUT)
