THE STORY:
Well we didn't think we had enough time to grow any facial hair by March 31st. And Jill's basketball skills are still at the same 8th grade 3rd string level, so we finally decided that we were both just coordinated enough to run a 5k. We are going to be huffing and puffing on the pavement for the 3rd annual "Stop TB trot". Although, TB isn't really considered a "neurological challenge", we found our loophole..."Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The bacteria usually attack the lungs, but TB bacteria can attack any part of the body such as the kidney, spine, and BRAIN." We're excited to get out there and help a good cause, and get the word out about Outdoor Mindset at the same time.
To sweeten the pot, Kel and I will be picking a random 5 donors from our OM hat at the end of the race to send something uniquely awesome. This could be anything from a shirt from our closet we think might look great on you, to Jill's amazing Pontiac Sunfire. Keep your fingers crossed and get your wallets out!
