This will be my 3rd Marathon and 3rd year w/TEAM KEN - and once again, I am asking for your help though donations (Donation button) for this sooooooo important cause.
KEN (Kids Endangered Now) Heart Foundation was founded by Ken Derminer’s parents Mark and Linette, along with family and friends. The organization is devoted to educating schools, athletes and the community about sudden cardiac arrest and death in young people and implementing prevention efforts. Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) is the leading medical cause of fatalities on school property for student athletes!
As a heart attack survivor myself, I cannot express how blessed I feel to even be able to participate in this event.
A buck a mile - ? I'll start with the first $26.00 :)
