I started running on a daily basis since April 2010 thanks to weight loss challenge at work. In Oct 2010 I ran my first half marathon. An now I have been training for my first L.A. Marathon and it has taken over my life since. Training has taken away the option of sleeping in on the weekends, it has changed how I plan my week, it has made me think twice of what I eat(even though I still might eat), and to find the energy that I need to function at work and with my family and friends. Lately, because of the daylight saving time, I have been running at dusk after a full day of work. More importantly, I am finding motivation to do all of this with the help of my family and friends.
