Alzheimer's has become a serious epidemic that more people need to be aware of. We have the potential to cure it, if we can just gather together and do everything we can to help raise cash for research.
Here are some not so fun facts about Alzheimer's:
**5.3 million - As many as 5.3 million people in the United States are living with Alzheimer's. That means we all know someone who is dealing with this.
**70 seconds - Every 70 seconds, someone develops Alzheimer's.
**100% - Alzheimer's disease is always fatal.
It is a battle that we can still win.
CHECK OUT WWW.ALZ.ORG. It tells you everything about the disease and the progress that is being made to find a cure. Also you can find out how to volunteer, how to get involved and specifics about events going on in your area. Check out the photos of Seth and I last year participating in their scavenger hunt!
We can do so much if we work together on this.
DONATE -whatever you can. EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS (and leave a comment so I know who you are)
then... HELP US FUNDRAISE by joining my team and blasting this out to all your friends and family who you think could spare some cash and get involved.
