Habitat for Humanity of Michigan is doing something really big and we want you to join us! We are ReBuilding Michigan and Consumers Energy has teamed up with us to issue a challenge match to engage more individuals with our work. Show your support of Habitat for Humanity and the Tigers, and have a chance to win all sorts of prizes!

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

'Homerun for Habitat' is one way you can get involved with Habitat in Michigan. In a dollar-for-dollar match, Consumers Energy will match your contribution, allowing you to double your impact to help Habitat for Humanity of Michigan. Throughout the Detroit Tigers regular baseball season, Consumers Energy will match up to $100,000* in donations.

You'll get your own fundraising page to share with all your friends and family and ask everyone you know to support you.

OUR GOAL

In this first for Habitat throughout the entire country, Habitat Michigan will reach out across the entire state, to not only root for the HOME team (Our Detroit Tigers) but to engage thousands of individuals with Habitat for Humanity!

HERE'S HOW YOUR DONATION CAN HELP

$25 will buy a light fixture to help brighten up a room
$60 will buy the primer and paint for a room where memories will be made
$120 will buy a kitchen cabinet to stock food for home-cooked meals
$200 will build a wall upon which photos will be hung
$375 will buy an energy efficient appliance
$600 will buy half the roof to keep the weather out
