BENEFITING: L A S BEST
THE STORY:
LA's BEST is a charity that I have been involved with for the past few years.
I'm trying to raise $15,000 to help them run their amazing programs. Maybe we can raise even more than that if we all work together.
LA's BEST has been providing after school education, enrichment and recreation programs serving more than 28,000 children with the greatest needs and fewest resources throughout the City.
They help keep kids off the streets and out of gangs, reducing juvenile crime.
The After School Enrichment Program provides a safe haven for children, ages 5 to 12, at 180 elementary school sites each day during the critical hours after school — at no cost to parents.
