Barjy- You're like clock work :) Thank you so much! It always makes my day to see you'v stopped by. Things here in Africa are going really well. The kids have really made some progress and I couldn't be prouder of how things are coming together. We are just starting a spoken word poetry unit which has been really fun. More updates to come!

How've you been? Things here …

How've you been? Things here in South Africa continue to be equal parts amazing and hectic. I can't complain though as the kids continue to impress and inspire.

I’ve had 2 things I wanted to ask you:

1st- We’ve just started accepting applications for a full time volunteer for 2012. I think it’s a pretty awesome position. It’s a really great chance to make a difference while working with an inspired/fun group of people in a beautiful part of South Africa. Here’s our idealist posting with the details

If you know a really special person who’s looking for a way to make a difference please send the information along or have them email me (Corey@ImagineScholar.org). So far we’ve found 3 great volunteers through word-of-mouth and I’m hoping the next one will come the same way.

2nd- We just started a new crowdrise project, our biggest and most ambitious yet. This December I’m climbing Kilimanjaro and my hope is to use that to raise awareness and much needed funds for our upcoming 3rd class in the Imagine Academy. Your support would mean a great deal, as would help spreading the word about the fundraiser or joining the team!

i'm from belgium a little country lost between France, Holland and Germany...land of chocolate, diamant (pity, not for me..lol) and great painters like magritte and delvaux

i joint" the random act "because that 's a long time that i searched an association like this one...like a little family who wants to help with great projects

i'm a goodmother of a little tibetan boy, samseng who learn in India...that's why i'm interested by project to help people in their own country...make them free after a while and help them for their future

i hope to raise enough to help, not sure that i can raise much but i 'll doing my best...i trust to 'random act'...
