People who are undergoing cancer treatments are quickly depleted physically, financially and emotionally. A final diagnosis of "terminal" or "end stage" cancer is devastating. All hope is lost and all too often patients are lost in the gap that exists from "get your affairs in order" to hospice/end of life. Lazarex helps bridge that gap.

Lazarex Cancer Foundation builds a bridge to hope dignity and life for cancer patients and their families. We provide financial assistance to defray the costs associated with patient participation in FDA clinical trials. Additionally, we help patients identify their clinical trial options and provide community education and outreach services.
- We help patients of all ages and walks of life, with all forms of cancer.
- We help patients take advantage of medical breakthroughs today, because they may not have a tomorrow.
- We believe that the size of a patients's bank account should not stand between them and the choices they make or the treatments they need.
- We provide resources to fill the gap that exisits between when a patient is told they have no more hope and when they are truly done with their journey in life.

WE HAVE WITNESSED MIRACLES. We have helped cancer patients recapture their quality of life. We have seen a grandmother hold her first grandchild, a dad coach Little League Baseball for one more season, a young man fall in love and become an Eagle Scout. We have watched pain-ridden, emaciated souls return to fulfilling lives with family, friends, passion and love.

Have we saved them all? No. Have we changed the course of their lives and given them moments of grace that they otherwise would not have had? Yes. Have they changed the course of our lives? Definitely.
