Having been diagnosed with a brain tumor, I know first hand all of the intense emotions felt from the diagnosis up to the time of the surgery, and that those dealing with a brain tumor need all the support and guidance they can get.
That’s why I’m trying to raise funds for the Brain Tumor Foundation (BTF). BTF is completely dedicated to empowering brain tumor victims every step of the way.
To aid and educate victims, they provide a variety of resources and programs, including support groups, medical referrals, peer matching programs and educational materials.
Through their knowledge, compassion and resources, the Brain Tumor Foundation works with brain tumor patients and to encourage their friends and family members. They also coordinate events such as the annual Brain Tumor Awareness Day conference and raise awareness among medical professionals and the public about the need for early detection.
Please give back and support this amazing organization as they continue to be a powerful ally to brain tumor victims.
