STUFF ABOUT ME:
I have worked in a range of industries and technologies to deliver Application Systems, strategies and practices applied in complex organisations over the last 25 years. This was including 9 years with WebCentral and 7 years running his own consultancy business for SMEs.
These assignments have typically involved delivery to aggressive timeframes, in complex and fast changing environments. To manage this Martin has brought around a level of stability and direction to the initiatives in which he has been involved. This has been achieved through a close cooperation and good understanding of the business objectives.
I have provided IT Consultancy to WebCentral, Sauce Software, ResultsNet Australia, Cashflow Community Card Systems and Buy1Give1, a worldwide charity facilitation organisation based in Singapore.
Extensive detailed knowledge and experience of information systems with particular emphasis on business, systems integration and technical development.
Applied experience in performance improvement; system implementation; business process re-engineering; operational and project management of IT and Business areas; project recovery; software development, strategic procurement, vendor management, automation, and implementation of large complex systems.
