I'm a San Francisco writer and author of "Damn Sure Right" a collection of short stories. I serve as editor for Frederick Barthelme's BLiP Magazine (formerly Mississippi Review) and a writing teacher.
Recently I became an associate producer for "From Ghost Town to Havana" a documentary film-in-progress by academy-award nominated filmmaker Eugene Corr.
"Leaving Hope Ranch" in Storyglossia was selected for Wigleaf ‘s Top 50 List, 2009. Another story, "Lost and Found", in elimae, was selected in May 2009 by Storyglossia for Short Story Month showcase. My work has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize Anthology and Best of the Web.
My flash fiction has appeared or is forthcoming in Wigleaf, The Pedestal, Keyhole, Annalemma, Mississippi Review, Smokelong Quarterly, elimae, Gigantic, Gargoyle, Prime Number, Women Writers, Istanbul Review, 3AM, The Pedestal, Istanbul Review, Mud Luscious, Juked, Pindeldyboz, Frigg, Wordriot and various upcoming anthologies of flash. I am a mentor for Dzanc's Creative Writing Sessions.
WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE FOR ME:
