Our Mission
Support our mission by creating your own fundraiser.
MOTAC is dedicated to reviving the classic traditions and making sophisticated drinking synonymous with New Orleans while stamping out over consumption and inebriation. We offer monthly seminars in mixology given by top experts in the bar industry. Our Curator, Ted "Dr Cocktail" Haigh, (designer for HBO’s "Boardwalk Empire") has created an amazing exhibit that illustrates 200 years of the American Cocktail and its history through artifacts, rare books, tools, memorabilia, curiosities, and graphics. We will be joining the Southern food & Beverage Museum when they move to a larger space next year and need your support to make this happen.
