UPDATE: Okay so we all got together and did an amazing job to get the 300 books for the schools! It went so well and the schools are still in such need of the books... that we have raised the limit.
Lets send another batch of 300 books!
Join the team...not only is it the best team in the world...they are also the best break dancers. Honest.
Jaime Haughey and myself have been involved with fundraising for the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust - (MWCT) for some time.
We are going to be going out there next year to visit the Trust and volunteer in the schools.
In discussions with the MWCT, they explained that they are really short on text books for the schools. The Trust is currently supporting 20 primary schools within Kuku Group Ranch.
In some classes there are only 5 text books for 60 children to share!.
Each book costs around $7, so a donation of just $14 will put two extra books into the classroom.
