IT’S PARTY TIME!
January 17th is my birthday. Since the 16th is a holiday for most people, I plan to have a whole weekend of partying, and you are all invited. I will be wearing a lovely formal from the thrift store, as well as a rhinestone tiara ( as a Baroness, I must keep up appearances). Riley will wear his tiger outfit so he will fit in. You may wear anything you wish with turbans and Crowdrise apparel being quite appropriate.
The party will start at 4 pm on Friday, and run through midnight on the 17th, so you can drop by any time. The party will be held at the Top of the Rock Sanctuary, on a mountain in Arkansas. I figured that will be equally inconvenient for everyone except Patrick. You will not be able to see the animals at the sanctuary, as it is not a zoo. You will likely be able to hear and of course smell them. You will also be able to see why I would like a big plastic tank for my birthday. (The term “septic tank” is tacky). They make perfect tiger dens for these magnificent cats that must live in a protected environment through no fault of their own. I hope you can come. Please RSVP with a comment. A birthday donation would be most appreciated by both the tigers and me (and Riley, too). And even though it’s my birthday, you could get a present.
