Our world is suffering, it seems like everyday we hear about natural disasters throughout the globe and the not-so-natural disasters. Why do our Governments allow big corporations to continually destroy people's lives and our planet??? From BP's Oil Spill in the Gulf to Xstrata's Lead Poisoning in Queensland, Australia. Why????
And why haven't plastic bags been banned?? and Styrofoam?? It is so simple and there is absolutely no use for them. Why aren't all coffee take-away cups made from recyclable materials?? At least coffee cups, if not all paper products.
I'm angry and confused.. or maybe I'm just naive. But in any case, I'm going to do what I can to make my world Greener.
