Support our mission by creating your own fundraiser. Quarryhill is an Asian woodland in the Valley of the Moon, Glen Ellen, California. Our 25-acre collection of rare and endangered plants were collected as seed in their wild habitat in temperate Asia, which contains some of the world's most incredible and precarious biodiversity hotspots. That seed is shared with other institutions and germinated in our greenhouse to be planted in our public garden, which acts as a classroom for students of all stripes, from botanists to schoolchildren. As habitats disappear around the world, botanic gardens are becoming sanctuaries for endangered plants, sometimes their only chance for survival. Every passing season elicits a different sense of wonder and as our plants establish, so do we as an organization. I hope you will join our community and our effort to advance the conservation, study, and cultivation of the flora of Asia.
