The power of social media has become evident in the last couple of years - it has incited and supported revolutions, taken down politicians, and changed the nature of advocacy forever. Through Rise Up 4 Hope, we want to tap into this enormous potential. Using the Crowdrise platform we have already set up, we will ask our supporters to email, tweet, text, facebook, etc. to reach as many people as we possibly can throughout the week and ask them to donate at least $10 to our cause. Our goal for this event is $4,000; so, this will take all hands on deck, but it can absolutely be done!
