HERE'S THE STORY:
We're going to help provide incredible opportunities for underprivileged, developmentally challenged, and at-risk youth to grow, learn, and prepare to take on life's challenges.
How are we going to do it? We're going to ROCK!
On Wednesday, October 13th at 8pm, we're going to bring our friends, family members, coworkers, significant others, ex-significant others, our friends' significant others, enemies, and anyone else we know to Dick O'Dow's in Downtown Birmingham, MI. That night, we're going to enjoy food and beverages and sing along with Brian Macias as he belts out tunes by Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Bon Jovi, Tom Petty, Cat Stevens, Counting Crows, and more!
Here's what you need to do:
1. Donate $10 or more to our project right now on this page.
2. Get 5 of your friends to visit this page and donate $10 or more.
3. Gather all of your peeps and come out to Dick O'Dow's on Wednesday, October 13th at 8pm. Your donation (whether here or at the door) is your ticket to the event and includes a drink on the house!
MyInsuranceExpert will match all donations collected for this event through October 13th!
All money raised will go to The Bear Hug Foundation.
The Bear Hug Foundation sends underprivileged, special needs, and at-risk kids to summer camp. The experiences at camp enable kids to develop imperative life skills including leadership, self esteem, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
The kids who benefit from this program have tough and challenging lives at home. The Bear Hug Foundation allows these kids to just be kids and experience something they would not be able to experience without your help.
