HERE'S THE STORY:

Hello!
At less than a year of age, Ayelet Galena was diagnosed with a rare disease that presented many challenges, one of which was bone marrow failure. At 17 months, thanks to the work of many organizations and many individuals, Ayelet underwent a bone marrow transplant. Ayelet is still on a very tough journey, and requires lots of medical attention and of course our prayers.
As she continues to fight for her life, I would like to raise money for other children to find a bone marrow match so that they too can be given a second chance at life while running in the NYC Half Marathon!
It costs $54 to process every kit, and there are thousands of kits waiting in line to be processed and many people waiting for just one single match. Donating to Gift of Life, the Jewish Bone Marrow Registry, will allow for these kits to be processed and in the merit of the money raised, may Ayelet have a speedy recovery.
