THE STORY:
Who: Imagine Scholar students
Where: Kwa Madwala Game Reserve
What: The local game reserve, Kwa Madwala, has invited the Imagein Scholar family to come and stay at their campgrounds for free this upcoming weekend!
Why: This means our students will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with elephants and horses, while also going on their FIRST ever game drive. The game reserve will provide professional guides to lead walking safaris and lessons on local flora + fauna. Our incredibly hard working students desire new educational experiences such as this, but rarely have the opportunity to leave their local towns due to hardships. This experience would be a brilliant learning opportunity, and would create memories they would cherish forever!
How: While we have the campgrounds for free, we still need a few sponsors to help us make this trip happen:
- Transportation to and from the game reserve for 25 students: $178
- Five meals for 25 students: $167
- Bottled Water: $35
- Gas for the safari drives: $94
TOTAL: $474
