HERE'S THE STORY:
On May 6th a team of us will be running the Cox Providence Half Marathon to raise funds for the Caruso Family Fund.
Joe Caruso is a friend to many and an inspiration to more. He was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer two years ago.
Since his diagnosis, between rounds of treatment and spending time taking care of his wife and three young boys, Joe has been participating in road races, swimming the bay and showing our community how to make the most out of every moment.
100% of all funds raised will go towards building a fund at the Newport County YMCA to be used for childcare, camps and activities for the Caruso boys.
