Jennifer Klempner Rosenberg's Fundraiser:

THE STORY:

Every year Jaden and Jaime write their letters to Santa and send them off to the North Pole.

This year when they wrote their letters they both decided to put in some of their own money and they asked Santa if he would please give the money to victims of Hurricane Sandy. Jaden put in $10.00 and Jaime put in $5.50.

Today Jaime asked if she could stand on our driveway so as the moms and dads brought thier kids home from school they would see her sign. She wanted to remind the kids to write their letters to Santa and ask them to send some money also because there are so many people who need so much help. While we told her that was a really great idea we also told her we were not so thrilled with her standing on the driveway flagging down strangers.

But, we told Jaime that between Jody and I we have over 500 Facebook friends and that maybe our friends and family would be able to help us out. So, Jaime would like to know if anyone would like to send some money to Santa, or in this case the Red Cross, to help the people who lost so much and will be struggling to rebuild their lives this holiday season.

Any amount will help.
