We all know about the disaster in the Gulf, it needs no description. That spill changed the lives of so many people and not just those living in that area, but from all over the world. We realised just how dangerous oil was and boy were we not happy about it!
Sophia Bush is taking part in a 13 mile run in North Carolina to raise money for the Gulf. I know that many of you won't be able to make it to NC but maybe you could do your own 13 mile run in your town and raise some cash to donate to her or the Global Green Gulf Relief. I'm only hoping to raise $1000 which isn't a lot so please donate as much as you can.
Any donation of any amount is significant, so please donate!

And the running begins...
So training has started and boy is it killing me already! But what gets me through it is knowing that any money that gets raised goes straight to the Gulf. Plus I'm not the only one doing it, so if others can then so can I.
