INTERNATIONAL LIFELINE FUND wrote -
Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day - they both have one thing in common. It’s LOVE.
Lifeline is showing our LOVE for the women of Haiti and invites YOU to join us. From Valentine’s Day until Mother’s Day, we are campaigning to bring 2,500 fuel-efficient cookstoves to families in need. These miracle cookstoves save lives by making the air cleaner for easier breathing, and making cooking safer. What’s more, we employ local artisans to produce the stoves and women vendors to distribute them, bringing sustainable income to the community.
So this love season, instead of dedicating a “love song” to your soulmate, we invite you to dedicate a “love stove” instead. Become a Stovemate and sponsor a cookstove on behalf of the one you love today. And while you’re at it, make sure “Love is All Around” by inviting three friends to do the same.
