HERE'S THE STORY:
Ian Somerhalder's St. Tammany Humane Society needs funds so it can build a much needed new shed. This is my St. Tammany Shed Online Fundraiser, please read a little about St. Tammany and this fantastic cause.
St. Tammany Humane Society first opened its doors to needy animals over 55 years ago. What makes St. Tammany so special is its policy of helping every animal that comes through its doors. It has a no-kill policy, this means each animal stays under the care of the shelter until a new loving home is found. They also take animals out of kill shelters and move them to St. Tammany to save them.
St. Tammany, not only works hard to educate people about owning animals in its local community, but trys to spread its mission throughout the world, in hopes of a no-kill world.
Please be generous to support this fundraiser for such a great, animal loving shelter. I'm doing this in memory of my Dad, who was so great with animals and a special horse that gave me the pleasure of being in his life, Curious George. It would mean a lot to me, St. Tammany and especially the animals.
