THE STORY:
Tripp was born with several congenital medical conditions. He spent nearly his entire first 6 months of life in the University of Iowa Hospital. He has already had open heart surgery for a problem on his aorta and pyloric stenosis surgery for severe gastric reflux among many other procedures. He is now a candidate for a kidney transplant and unfortunately this kidney transplant is unlikely to be his last. The family is hopeful that a new kidney will help Tripp to grow and thrive better. Tripp is a wonderful happy boy who enjoys playing with his twin brother Rowdy. This benefit will assist Tripp and his parents in the financial obligations surrounding his continued care.
