THE STORY:
On Sunday, September 4th, fires broke out across Central Texas. Authorities say the estimated damage is over 67,000 acres burned, over 1,700 homes destroyed and thousands of people have been evacuated.
Mattress Firm was founded in Houston, TX in 1986 and has over 700 locations nationwide. A good portion of the stores are in the great state of Texas and several employees, their friends and families have been directly affected by the fires. Mattress Firm is a strong community focused business and any time one of our markets is faced with a challenge, we are there to help.
