WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE FOR ME:
I am currently living out my aspirations by writing the novel that I’ve been molding in my dreams for the last several years. I have an absolutely incredible boyfriend of over six years who is not only understanding of this, but extremely supportive. He is above all else, my best friend and pushes me every day to be a better person.
I have been volunteering my time for as long as I can remember. I have sponsored four different girls from Africa over the years, but usually money gets tight and it’s hard for me to continue my support. Though, I wish I could. I've given countless amounts of time and money to children's shelters (I helped rebuild a local shelter's library), I've changed my lifestyle (I'm a very strict vegan & hardcore animal advocate!), I drive an energy efficient car, I live green and clean (I went to the gulf to visit the fisherman through the tragedy of the oil spill in August 2010). Point is, I do my very best to make this world a better place. :]
I have two awesome pups, their pictures are up here. & a kitty. They are my little family and we love them so.
I am always reaching for the sky. When I'm told I can't do something, I dedicate myself to find a way. I never give up on the things I believe in. I'm very passionate and I find that gets me in trouble sometimes, but I am always out to show people that change is possible and peace is out there.
I'm just a girl on a mission to make a difference. Lover of all living things. I think the mindset that anything is possible is a precious one. You only look naive until you move the mountains you were told would never budge. When you join hands with those around you, lift up your hearts, put your minds together - you can do whatever you set out to.

WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE FOR ME:
Because I want our children and our grandchildren to look back on what we accomplished and to be proud of who we were. I think you can relate.
