Venterra is proud to be a supporter of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation!
The Susan G. Komen was founded on a promise made between two sisters – Susan Goodman Komen and Nancy Goodman Brinker. Susan was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1978, a time when little was known about the disease and it was rarely discussed in public. Before she died at the age of thirty-six, Susan asked her sister to do everything possible to bring an end to breast cancer. Nancy kept her promise by establishing the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in 1982 in Susan’s memory. Today, Komen for the Cure is the world’s largest network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures.
Venterra recognizes the challenges that each person must face when being affected by breast cancer. It is our hope that your support and participation will not only raise awareness about the importance of early detection and early treatment, but also end breast cancer forever. The Venterra team is proud to support a cause that affects not just those diagnosed with breast cancer but those who love them as well.
