Jaime and Amanda share a common wavelength and are thought be sisters but in fact are not. (The jury's still out). One hails from New England, the other the England, not London but Bristol. Both are heavily committed to causes and projects in Africa. Pretty sure, if given the chance to fly to Kenya tomorrow, the bags would be packed instantaneously {if not already had a bag on standby}
We've become heavily involved with most things regarding the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust.
Since joining this site, we vigorously campaigned on several MWCT projects starting with the Maasai Villagers Need a Truck, followed by Simba Scout Radios, then Simba Scout PDA and now MWCT Caught on Camera (nighttime camera).
We just hit our target goal of $8K for the MWCT Merit Scholarship Fund. Two students will be able to attend secondary school for the next four years.
In the coming year, we will be going to Kenya for a month to volunteer our time to help in anyway we can. So we've started this volunteerism project to get sponsored for our trip next year.
