I was made aware of a need that the Maasai in Kenya have by Glen Hansard and The Swell Season and Jason Liles. Please take a moment to find out how you can help them by reading below.
Last summer Glen Hansard and Edward Norton had the honor of spending time in the company of the Maasai Tribe while traveling in Africa. While there it became apparent of their impending need for a new truck to haul medical supplies, food and other important goods. Glen was so moved by the experience that he offered to do whatever he could to raise both awareness of the tribe as well as funds to assist in the purchase a vehicle.
They are in the pursuit of raising $70,000. We are blessed so much and the least we can do is give even the tiniest donation. Even $1 helps. It all adds up.
