My name is Yvonne. I'm new to CrowdRise and am finding my way.
My profile picture is of my dog, Moose. He lived to be almost 14 -- he passed away in January. He was my heart dog. He taught me so much and continues to teach me.
Before he died, I told him I would live with purpose and help homeless animals. I'm just beginning that journey and am looking forward to helping all the animals I can.
I also practice meditation and would love to get involved teaching meditation and breathing techniques to prisoners, at-risk kids, and patients going through a difficult journey.
