FOR HUMANITY LOVE, HELP SAVE A DEAR VETERAN
Organized by: Karsten Frank
My friend a retired US VETERAN Dear James was riding my bicycle in 2016 this spring evening and went past a car stopped to his left at a stop sign. As he saw him there before coming down off the sidewalk, he stopped, shined his flashlight at the car to be sure he would see him. Being absolutely sure he was dead still, Dear rolled down onto the street. When he was entirely in front of the car, in the glare of his headlights, the driver gunned the engine and surged forward, hitting Dear! Dear was located exactly in the middle of the hood, between his lights when he hit him. The impact separated his right femur from the head of the trochanter bone and threw him into the middle of the street. Dear came to withy face on the yellow line in the middle of the street. Dear had been riding on the sidewalk. Dear suffered an aneurism of his Iliac artery, although the surgeon did not believe his badly twisted leg caused that. Dear needs two surgeries; one to put steel in the leg and hip...the other to cut him from groin to navel and over to shortrib to place a dacron tube in the artery. The driver's insurance was only $50,000 and they refused any payment. Surgeons and hospitals ran over $300,000. Dear's attorney lodged a $50,000. Wrongful injury lawsuit. Dear needs your human love and support as no amount will be small to this effect.
