Our goal is to donate 100 Fighter Ts to 100 women in cancer treatment. Our dream is to donate 1,000 Fighter Ts to 1,000 women and beyond.
The Fighter T was created by breast cancer survivor Allison W. Gryphon and clothing designer Piper Gore. The goal: a soft, practical, functional and stylish piece for women in breast cancer treatment.
The Fighter T hides post-op drains and is easy on-and-off for surgical recovery and daily doctor appointments. It has lined top to bottom zipper, is soft on tender skin and has a lovely cut that adds fashion to practical comfort.
For each donation of $55 USD we are able to donate and ship one Fighter T to a woman facing a mastectomy, lumpectomy, reconstruction, chemotherapy, radiation or for any other type of cancer treatment.
The Fighter T was created and is produced under the Fighting Cancer with Fashion wing of The Why? Foundation.
All of the funds raised from sales of the Fighter T go back into the production of more Fighter Ts, gifting Fighter Ts to those in need and the expansion of the program and production.
Each team that raises $5,000 or more will be invited to choose a new Fighter T color from our color wheel!
For each $55 raised by your team, you have a choice. You can collaborate with The Why? Foundation on gifting each Fighter T you fund to someone in your local community or we can send each Fighter T you fund to a woman in need who has made an on-line request.
