My name is Simon and I have always been intrigued with health and fitness I currently spend hours everyday ensuring that people are getting the information they need to get the body and most of all health they want! I am taking voluntary donations as a means to continue to spend time, money and resources to insure that I can help people in the most effective way possible get to their goals.
