BIG PICTURE:
My name is Cassandra Lopez,  I have the honor and privilege of being the project manager for this 15for50 project. There are all kinds of challenges facing people around the world today. Human trafficking, poverty, child slavery, hunger, millions of orphans with no one to turn to and much more. We are coming together to do our part — build an orphanage to house 50 children. 50 children who will get three meals a day, an education, clothes, a brand new bed and a brand new life.
 
MY STAND:
Why do something now? It's never too late to make a decision to make a change or take a stand for something. The idea was birthed because we have leaders and students who care about what is going on in our world.  We started this project because we can make a difference with a simple plan. If you have ever seen this kind of suffering first-hand, it seems like it might be hopeless, but we are here to tell you it's not. It's simple 15 people give 15 dollars and one student or leader can reach their goal to do their part in giving hope to 50 orphans.  
The situation is breath-taking 20 million orphans in India, but together we can make a difference. Will you be a part of impacting the world and bringing a little hope to the hopeless.
 
PARTNERSHIP:
We don't build orphanages, but the good news is Angel House does and we love their blanket approach to all aspects of the child's life. With the 15for50 project, Angel House will build an orphanage to house 50 children that will provide 3 meals a day, a strong education, clothes, a brand new bed and a brand new life.
