They say that Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results...Well, I guess Team FaithQuest is insane. They have done this crazy 200 mile relay run the last two years and are doing it again--and this year I AM JOINING THEM! Indeed, we are expecting different results! We're expecting that we can do even MORE for Malawi! Team FaithQuest has gone from one team to two teams and this year we have three teams! Through the races they have raised close to $50000 for the transformational work of building sustainable development in the impoverished communities of the Nkhoma and Chilenje valleys in Malawi, Africa! I am pumped up to be part of this AWESOME work!
FaithQuest Missions has been working in Malawi for 6 years and have taken 300 people there. Since 2005, the transformation that has happened has been revolutionary! One can see the new schools, the better crops and flowing water wells, but the most evident sign of change is right there in the beautiful, joyful faces of the African people. Their eyes are bright, gleaming with the HOPE that they have. Team FaithQuest has played a huge part and aspires to continue playing a big part in this 15 year mission of wholistic tranformation in this Malawian community! (That's 80,000 people!)
So PLEASE...would you consider supporting me in this run for this cause? Donators like you have clearly made evident change in this community that was once dismal and starved for hope. I'll do the hard part...running 200 miles from Huntington Beach to Coronado Island with my team...but it means nothing if I don't have your support.
Give my legs motion!
