"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone" ~Neale Donald Walsch
You have likely heard me say these words. Typically it is after I've just prescribed you a hard track workout, or handed you 25 lbs to bicep curl. Or maybe it is when I'm challenging you to sign up for your first 5k, half marathon, triathlon. Regardless of the scenario, if you have ever trained with me or hired me as a coach, you have heard these words. I very strongly believe pushing your limits is when you truly find yourself and realize what you are capable of. I have witnessed so many clients step up to these challenges, and crush them. Being a part of that journey along with them is inspiring, rewarding, humbling. Everyone's comfort zone is different and I have been realizing that I have not been pushing myself outside of mine very much. So with that, this year I decided to push myself out of my comfort zone (and realistically I am leaping out of it) and have signed up to race Ironman Chattanooga. I have the privilege of being selected to complete this race as part of Team IMF (please see below for more information on the team) and will be fundraising along with my training.
Thank you in advance for your support!

All money raised through the TEAM IMF program will benefit The IRONMAN Foundation, and specifically - the Community Fund Program. This program benefits those in the communities where IRONMAN events are held, by providing charitable support to a variety of local non-profit organizations that recognize citizens in need and provide support to the local community.
Within those communities, The IRONMAN Foundation will provide grant funding opportunities to non-profit organizations, while also working with community leaders to identify projects that will benefit the community and provide funding to support those initiatives. The IRONMAN Foundation has provided funding opportunities of nearly twenty nine million dollars to numerous non-profit beneficiaries worldwide.
