BENEFITING: American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
EVENT DATE: Jun 01, 2016
A year and four months ago I lost my brother, Nathan Omoth to suicide. On May 20th and 21st, I will be running the 5k and Half-Marathon to fight against suicide and also to support the AFSP's bold goal to reduce the suicide rate by 20% by 2025.
My brother was 24. He was young, fun, handsome, always willing to give a hand. He was a hard worker, genuine, outgoing, always cracking jokes, and he loved his friends and family. Behind all this was a dark wall and Nathan was suffering inside. He passed away on December 1, 2014. On that day many lives changed and I am now determined to bring awareness to suicide prevention!
Please Join Me in Supporting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in reaching my goal of $2500.
