You also understand the benefits of attending the RLI week along with the significant commitment in time and money the RLI program requires. You can help other leaders share the RLI experience and join the 1,200 RLI alumni as graduates of the program for the betterment of our region.
Please consider donating to this cause – any amount is appreciated and all money collected will be used as scholarships for RLI tuition.
About This Project
Each year approximately 50 leaders from across the Atlanta Region take part in an intensive leadership program designed to position individuals to make positive community change in the region. In order to ensure that as many qualified leaders can participate as possible the 2013 RLI class committed to developing a scholarship program for 2014. Following the success of that drive, the tradition continues to help provide scholarships leading into 2016. Based on available funding, ARC will provide a limited number of partial scholarships to help offset tuition costs to qualified public and non-profit sector participants.
This is an opportunity for all RLI Alumni to carry on the program’s mission of educating and empowering our region’s leaders to continue the challenge of addressing the issues that affect us all.
Contributors to this campaign online will have the chance to win a two-night stay at the Westin Savannah Harbor! For every $25 donated your name will be entered in the draw which will be made immediately following the successful funding of the 2016 scholarships.
RLI is designed to provide a unique learning experience for emerging and existing leaders through an intensive one-week program that trains, empowers and supports leaders so they can effect positive community change in the region.
The curriculum provides a framework for understanding organizational and institutional processes and responsibilities for regional planning, problem-solving and community building. National and regional experts address diverse topics, including community collaboration, transportation, land use and economic and social trends.
