2018 Super Steve ALS Walk in Memory of Dr. Steve Hix

Meletiou & Meletiou DDS, The Smile Architects are proud to present the 2018 Super Steve ALS Walk in memory of Dr. Steve Hix. Funds raised go to support The Joe Martin ALS Foundation to provide free homecare for those with ALS. Please join us to support by walking, forming a team or sponsoring the event!
- Event Details: Saturday, April 28, 2018, Birkdale Village @ Fleet Feet, Check-In opens at 8:00 AM, Walk begins at 9:00 AM, Event Ends at 11:00 AM. Parking available near and around Fleet Feet and Birkdale Movie Theatre.
***Participants that raise or donate $100 receive an event T-shirt. Please register online by April 13th in order to get the shirt size of your choice.***

- To Start A Team Or Join An Existing Team: Click Set Up Your Fundraiser and follow the prompts to start a new team or join an existing one. ***Participants who raise or donate $100 will receive an event T-shirt. Please register by April 13th to secure the size of your choice.***
- To Sponsor The Super Steve ALS Walk: We have 3 levels of sponsorships available this year - Gold, $1000, Silver, $500 and Bronze, $250. Sponsors will receive recognition on the event website, event signage and the event t-shirt. You can sponsor a team directly to help them reach their goal by making a contribution on their page. About The Joe Martin ALS Foundation
The Joe Martin ALS Foundation's mission is to help people face the challenge of living actively with ALS by providing free home care services. Services include getting people up and ready for the day, help with bathing, eating and tolieting, travel planning, respite care, range of motion exercises, home accessibility evaluations, free loaner medical equipment, caregiver training, care team coordination and support and for the first time this year - Joe's Camp, a camp for kids whose family has been touched by ALS. All funds from this event go to support The Joe Martin ALS Foundation.
