David is just one of the hundreds of Corpsmembers counting on you to believe in his future. With your help they are finishing school, earning some money to help support themselves and their families, working on projects all over LA to improve our communities, and setting off down a pathway to a meaningful career.
April is Earth Month, and the LA Conservation Corps wants to get even greener than usual! For #30DaysofGreen we will share all the ways Corpmembers are greening LA, and ways you can be a part of it . In return, we hope you will give green to help them succeed!
We give them the on the job experience and education to change their future. You can give them the tools to make the most of their time in the Corps and to be successful in all of their endeavors.
$50 can help a Corpsmember secure transportation to and from work and school or a new set of clothes for job and school interviews.
$100 can supply healthy lunches for our young adult crews building a park or repairing sidewalks.
$250 can help outfit a new Corpsmembers with sturdy work boots, uniforms, safety gear, and tools.
$500 can cover a technical training or life skills class for Corpsmembers on one of our Green Career Pathways to help enhance their resume.
