Kotei loves music. I love running. I've decided to run at least 1 mile every day for 300 days this year. I am going to try to run all 366 days. I want to dedicate this challenge to Kotei, and in doing so raise money for a charity that I believe in. I also believe that Kotei would love this as well.
Opportunity Music Project offers free private music lessons, instruments and mentoring for children from low-income families in New York City.
300 days of running is not much.
Bold yet doabale. Outrageous yet achievable.
Plus 2016 would be the easiest year ever (considering you get an extra day with the leap year!).
Anyone can participate in the event. To Run - all you will need to be able to track your runs and make the minimum run distance and speed for the run. While 300 days of running in a year may seem outrageous, it is an achievable goal for those who are determined to make it happen. To Donate - well all you need is a credit card...
Here's to 300 Days of Run in 2016!
