BENEFITING: TOMMY FOUNDATION INC
EVENT DATE: Nov 17, 2012
I’ve been running for six years now. I’ve completed 9 marathons. Each marathon has special meaning to me. I’d like to change this. I’d like this ultra-marathon to have special meaning to families of autistic children/individuals. But I need help. I need YOUR help. Please help me help The Tommy Foundation. This foundation does great work for Autism families in the here and now. For example, in December they will be having a NYC “Sensitive Santa” event where families will be able to bring their children who have Autism to a sensory safe place where they will be able to enjoy seeing Santa without the noise and chaos of a mall. For a lot of these families it will be the first time they will get to experience their child seeing Santa. Let’s help make this happen. All YOU need to do is donate… I’ll run the 37.2 miles.
