About Armory College Prep:

Armory College Prep (ACP) is a tuition free, after-school program for NYC middle and high school track athletes operated by the Armory Foundation. For the past 15 years, the ACP program has assisted thousands of NYC high school students and now has programs for students between grades 6-12.

During the past year, ACP students included a New York Times Scholarship winner, a Scholastic Art and Writing Award recipient, a QuestBridge Scholarship honoree, a LEDA Diversity Program Scholar, a Beat the Odds Scholarship Program winner and a finalist for the Gates Millennium Scholarship.

For 2016, students were accepted into the following colleges: Dartmouth, Williams, Amherst, Swarthmore, Vassar, Smith, Wesleyan, Hamilton, and Bryn Mawr. In addition, during the past two years our seniors have been offered over $3 million in scholarships and grants. ACP's program provides rigorous academic development, personal college counseling and detailed writing mentorship to help students attend a best-fit four year college.
