Starting Tuesday, 21 July 2015, I will embark on a 54-day challenge that encompasses my endurance, health, and relationship with Jesus. September 10, I will turn 54, and invite YOU to join me in some way during this time
My personal goals for the 54 days are:
1. Run 10 miles and do 54 push-ups daily.
2. Eat fully raw.
3. Read the Gospels daily.
How can you join me? Below are some ideas!
*Drink one (1) green smoothie/day.
*Eat one (1) raw meal/day.
*Run 3 miles/day.
*Walk 20 minutes/day.
*Read a chapter in Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John each day.
*Commit to volunteering at charity of choice (Operation Breakthrough!).
*Complete 20 push-ups/day...
