Payday Loan Watchdog’s founders, noticed the vicious payday loan cycle among workers in various industries. They were troubled that people that worked so hard, had to use each paycheck just to pay back fees on payday loans. This realization led our founders to launch Payday Loan Watchdog, an organization dedicated to helping consumers across the nation take control of their finances, and stop the payday loan cycle. Taking out a payday loan is often necessary to help meet an immediate need – like paying for an unexpected expense. Unfortunately, because interest rates for payday loans are so high, many borrowers find it necessary to take out an additional payday loan just to pay recurring loan payments on the initial loan. The cycle of payday loans is vicious, and can be nearly impossible to overcome. We ran a radio advertisement in the Chicago, IL area and received an overwhelming response from people that needed help with their payday loans. Unfortunately, they were not in a position to pay for our service. So, we are asking for $3,750 to help 25 people get out of there payday loans. We will negotiate an affordable repayment plan with their lenders so there is a light at the end of the tunnel. No more fees and no more interest. We will draw a line in the sand showing a final figure and a plan leading to an end date! The 25 people that we help will in turn pay back the cost to "fix" their payday loan and that money will be used to help the next 25 people. We understand that sometimes people just need a little help until they can help themselves. Our goal is not only to help people get out from under their payday loans but to education so they don't have to go down that same path in the future. Help them establish some savings, help them create a budget, help them qualify for lower interest car loans and credit cards.  Learn more about us at
