BENEFITING: The Boot Campaign
EVENT: 2nd Annual Granger Smith 100-Mile Boot Walk
EVENT DATE: Apr 19, 2012
THE STORY:
I will be walking the last 6 miles of the Granger Smith 100 Mile Boot Walk on April 19 in Killeen, TX to Fort Hood. I named my team 6 for the SEALs because I got inspired to start giving back to the troops after reading the books "Lone Survivor" and "American Sniper" by Navy SEALs Marcus Luttrell and Chris Kyle. They are the epitome of courage and heroism. I will walk and raise money for the Boot Campaign to honor these two extraordinary servicemen and all those who sacrifice to ensure my saftey, my freedom, and the protection of the US Constitution.
