Fellow Mortals, Inc. via Crow...
November 12, 2012
Every winter, hundreds of wild creatures are injured when their lives are interrupted by tragedy. Birds hit windows and power lines; mammals are hit by cars. Live-trapping makes animals homeless at the harshest time of year and aging animals struggle to survive.
200 of the 2,000 animals Fellow Mortals cares for annually will be brought to us by caring people in winter months. We will be here for them 7 days a week and every holiday, in order to provide the medical and rehabiltiative care they need to recover and return to the wild.
There is no government funding for what we do, and most people cannot donate enough to cover the care for the animal they find and bring to the hospital--yet every precious life must get the help it needs.
You can provide A Place to Heal for a wild creature this winter. Any amount will help with care. $200 will provide all care for one animal for the entire winter.
Please consider Giving the Gift of Life.
